Goal Setting
At RISE Services, Inc. Oregon, our core mission from the beginning has been to create opportunities for and with people. That’s why we support individuals as they work to make their goals a reality. Our Direct Support Professionals (DSP) create a personalized plan to outline the specific supports needed to achieve their goals and to gain more independence in their daily lives.
Skill-Building and Education
We incorporate education in our program to help grow the individual’s daily living skills and build confidence. We offer a wide range of support services. Some examples are:
- Managing finances
- Cooking
- Personal hygiene
- Cleaning
- Grocery Shopping
- Transportation
- Medication Management
3. Community Integration
A key component of supported living services is fostering community integration. That’s why our DSPs work with individuals to engage in community activities and, in turn, build social networks. This not only enhances their quality of life but also helps teach them practical social skills.
